This role offers the chance to work alongside highly regarded partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value disputes for major corporates, public sector organisations and high-net-worth individuals. The team is recognised nationally for its commercial approach and handles a broad range of significant disputes, regularly acting against Magic Circle, US and leading City firms.
The Role
- You will work on a varied caseload of commercial disputes and gain exposure to matters including:
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Corporate and business disputes
- Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation
- High Court and other formal proceedings
The team acts for clients across a range of sectors including retail, technology, transport, financial services, energy, healthcare and manufacturing. About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Approximately 1-3 years' PQE (Strong NQ's will be considered)
