This role is well suited to a solicitor seeking exposure to complex, high-value matters while working alongside specialists in a flexible and progressive environment. You will join a national team of Contentious Probate lawyers and take responsibility for a varied caseload of disputed wills, inheritance claims and trust litigation. With a consistent stream of high-quality instructions, the role requires someone who can manage cases independently and make an immediate contribution to the team.
This position is designed for a solicitor with substantial experience in Contentious Probate. Candidates should have at least three years of focused experience in this area and be able to demonstrate a strong history of handling matters autonomously.
Candidate requirements:- You will be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of three years’ PQE and significant, hands-on experience in Contentious Probate work.
- You should be confident managing claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, will validity disputes, executor and trustee disputes, and trust litigation.
