What will you do?
- Run your own caseload of claimant Catastrophic Injury PI claims - under supervision
- Take initial instructions
- Manage your caseload from start to finish including through litigation where necessary
- Liaise with experts, counsel & clients
- Preparing court documents including witness statements, claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
- Instruct and brief counsel
- Diarise & comply with court timetables
What will you need?
- To already be a Grade A or B Fee Earner
- 4+ years PQE experience
- Ideally to have handled Multi-Track personal injury cases
- EL/PL experience
- Catastrophic injury experience is useful but NOT essential
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- Litigation & CPR knowledge handling litigated matters
- Knowledge & experience of the MoJ Portal
