Board Secretary We are seeking an organised and proactive professional to provide high-quality board support and executive assistance to a leading wealth management business. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of our client\’s governance processes, executive committees and board activities, while also supporting the wider Co Sec team with efficiency and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain the annual corporate calendar, board papers and committee packs. Schedule, organise and service GEC, board and committee meetings. Ensure quality control and timely delivery of governance documentation. Act as primary contact for NEDs, supporting their attendance, training, and compliance requirements. Manage minute books, corporate events, and stakeholder access to board packs. Provide executive assistance, including diary/email management, travel and meeting bookings. Key Skills Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Strong financial services and board support experience Confident communicator with relationship-building skills. Hybrid working: 2 to 3 days per week in the office.
