A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the Black Country for a Private Client Solicitor at Senior Associate or Partner level looking to take the next step in their career. This is a role offering real autonomy, career progression, and an option to earn an extensive bonus. Our client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (Senior Associate to Partner) to join their growing team. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.

The Role
You will join a well-established firm handling a varied and high-quality caseload of private client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning, including planning involving qualifying business assets
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Setting up, administering, and terminating trusts (both lifetime and Will-based)
- Estate administration
This is a unique opportunity where you will take a lead role in developing and growing the firm’s private client work in the Black Country, offering a high level of autonomy and responsibility.

- Be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Thrive in an autonomous role and enjoy building client relationships

- Be STEP qualified or working towards it (advantageous, not essential)
