An amazing opportunity has arisen at a leading Legal500 regional firm as Real Estate solicitor, specialising in Development work.

Join one of the largest and most highly regarded Real Estate teams in the North, advising an impressive client base of developers, institutional investors, occupiers and public sector bodies on high-profile development, regeneration and investment projects across the UK.

This role offers an excellent balance of development and investment work, including acquisitions and disposals, site assembly, collaboration agreements, development projects and investment transactions.

You'll advise clients throughout the full development lifecycle, from initial site acquisition through to funding, construction and eventual disposal, while working closely with colleagues across Corporate, Construction and Planning.

The firm is looking for a commercially minded Real Estate solicitor with 4-6 years' PQE, strong experience in development and/or investment work, excellent client management skills and a collaborative approach.

This is a genuine opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters within a market-leading team that offers excellent quality of work, plenty of client exposure and clear long-term progression.
