Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive 100% Remote Working

What will you do?
- Run your own caseload of claimant Personal Injury claims including RTA, EL & PL matters
- Take initial instructions
- Manage your caseload from start to finish including through litigation where necessary
- Liaise with experts, counsel & clients - developing relationships along the way
- Preparing court documents including witness statements, claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
- Instruct and brief counsel
- Diarise & comply with court timetables
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive
- 5+ years experience
- Practising Rights
- To have handled Intermediate & Multi-Track personal injury cases
- To be familiar handling a Fixed Fee caseload
- EL/PL experience
- Litigation & CPR knowledge handling litigated matters
- Knowledge & experience of the MoJ Portal would be useful
