Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive 100% Remote Working

What will you do?

  • Run your own caseload of claimant Personal Injury claims including RTA, EL & PL matters
  • Take initial instructions
  • Manage your caseload from start to finish including through litigation where necessary
  • Liaise with experts, counsel & clients - developing relationships along the way
  • Preparing court documents including witness statements, claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
  • Instruct and brief counsel
  • Diarise & comply with court timetables

What will you need?

  • To be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive
  • 5+ years experience
  • Practising Rights
  • To have handled Intermediate & Multi-Track personal injury cases
  • To be familiar handling a Fixed Fee caseload
  • EL/PL experience
  • Litigation & CPR knowledge handling litigated matters
  • Knowledge & experience of the MoJ Portal would be useful
