A Senior Insolvency Litigation Solicitor at Associate Director level is required to join an expanding in-house organisation who are one of the leaders in their field. The current in-house legal team of 10+ is growing to meet high client demand throughout the UK. The firm is backed by a high profile lender and currently hold a unique place in the changing litigation funding market. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years+ PQE in commercial litigation or pure insolvency litigation and will have an established presence and knowledge within the local insolvency market. Alongside an excellent level of technical expertise that will include pre-acquisition case due diligence, offer structuring and management you should have an interest and experience of marketing and business development with both insolvency practitioners and fellow solicitors. This is a brand new role and as part of a small in-house legal team you will be able to show good commercial acumen, numeracy, project management skills and strong interpersonal skills.
