Private Client Solicitor – Stoke-on-Trent
Are you a passionate Solicitor with experience in Wills, probate and estate planning? A forward-thinking law firm with five offices is looking for a talented professional to join its growing Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career while working with a diverse and prestigious client base.
About the Role
As a Solicitor in the Private Client team, you will provide expert legal advice on a variety of matters, including:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Managing estate administration and probate
- Advising on trusts for financial planning and residential care fee mitigation
- Supporting clients with Inheritance Tax planning
You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, embraces technology to improve efficiency and prioritises clear communication and exceptional client service.
You will have:
- A law degree or equivalent legal qualification
- 1–4 years PQE, ideally within Private Client law
- Hands-on experience with Wills, LPAs and estates
- Familiarity with asset preservation trusts and estate planning strategies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
