A very well-regarded multi-service, multi-office law firm working out of beautiful Chester – and from home – have an opening within its renowned Residential Conveyancing department. They hope to add an experienced, ambitious Residential Conveyancer (fee earner, licensed conveyancer or Solicitor) with several years’ experience. The Conveyancing department is industry recognised for its high-quality work and the outstanding level of service it provides to its clients. You’ll be joining a very experienced team, which consists of both qualified and non-qualified Conveyancing fee earners. Your new role will see you working in tandem with the wider team, with responsibility for your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, ably supported by its dedicated support team. Your caseload will be truly varied, and you’ll ideally have experience in dealing with the full spectrum of Conveyancing matters (including sale & purchase, leasehold and freehold, shared ownership, new builds, help to buy etc). The Conveyancing team is friendly, experienced and supportive. You’ll be encouraged and supported to reach your full potential and progress in the longer term.
