A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its highly regarded Commercial Property team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to support high-profile clients on complex transactions within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the management of high-volume property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leases
- Drafting and amending legal documents such as leases, licences and Land Registry forms
- Conducting title checks, Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions
- Supporting due diligence processes and collating documentation for client reporting
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and third parties to ensure smooth transaction progress
About you:
- Previous experience in a real estate or commercial property team is essential
