Overview: Our reputable client is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) to lead the firms Civil Litigation Department, manage a varied caseload and drive team success. This senior role combines legal expertise, people leadership and strategic growth – with flexible hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad caseload including:
- Contentious Probate
- Contentious Court of Protection
- Trust Disputes
- Boundary Disputes
- TOLATA Claims
- Dilapidation Claims
- Landlord & Tenant Disputes
- Contractual Disputes
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years PQE in Civil Litigation / Dispute Resolution
- Strong experience in the areas listed above
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams
- Excellent communication, organisation and client-handling skills
- Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SRA, AML, data protection, etc.)
- Confident in legal software, time recording and Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between firm locations
