Litigation Solicitor

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Litigation Solicitor to become a valued member of our legal team. You will have a strong grasp of legal principles and practices, with the expertise to represent clients effectively across a range of legal matters. This role demands excellent negotiation skills, keen attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic legal advice and guidance on various matters
2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
4. Conduct in-depth legal research to support case preparation
5. Maintain precise records of client interactions and case developments
6. Stay current with relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance
7. Work closely with colleagues and external professionals to secure the best outcomes for clients
