Industrial Disease Solicitor (Defendant) My client is perhaps the best regarded Insurance firm in the country. It currently wishes to recruit an additional solicitor for its thriving Industrial Disease team in Liverpool city centre. Applications are invited from solicitors with more than 2 years’ post qualified standing with demonstrable experience in Industrial Disease claims. Defendant experience would be preferable but claimant candidates with strong litigation experience and a real desire to act on Defendant claims will also be considered. You will manage a busy personal caseload of fast and multi-track litigated Industrial Disease cases for a wide range of commercial insurer clients. You will also provide case handling assistance to more senior fee earners and be involved in the supervision and training of paralegals and junior legal advisors. You must have an excellent working knowledge of the CPR procedures and proven technical ability dealing with a variety of Industrial Disease claims (Asbestos, Meso claims, HAVS, NIHL, etc).
