The role:

  • You, as the successful Family Paralegal will benefit from an existing, varied caseload.
  • Typical matters will include preparation of C100 and C1A and witness statements and other legal documents.
  • Other duties will include but are not limited to: attending client meetings, supporting qualified staff, managing your own files, drafting and preparing documents, liaising with the LAA and using the CCMS.

You:

  • Will be an experienced Family Paralegal with a strong academic background.
  • Previous experience with Children matters and commitment to publicly funded Family Law is essential.
  • Excellent IT and organisational skills, with a strong client care ethos.
