The Opportunity:
- As an Associate in this leading Family Law team, you’ll manage a varied caseload, advising clients on separation, divorce, financial provision, child contact, adoption and guardianship.
- You’ll also have the opportunity to represent clients in Sheriff Court and the Court of Session, handling written and oral advocacy and instructing counsel where needed.
- Beyond casework, this role offers scope to mentor Junior Solicitors, contribute to business development and shape the future of the department.
