My client is a top-tier Legal 100 law firm that is actively seeking a Criminal Regulatory & Litigation Solicitor or Associate to join its nationally recognised team, due to growth in the department. You will be at least 2 years' PQE and have a strong background in regulations and an understanding of the criminal litigation procedure.
About the role:
- Advise on a broad range of criminal regulatory matters across public, private and third sectors.
- Health & safety, fire safety, and building safety compliance and enforcement
- White-collar crime
- Environmental law, licensing, product safety, and food safety
- Defending and prosecuting criminal regulatory cases
- Representing clients in inquests and criminal prosecutions
You will have experience in:
- Health & safety compliance, investigations and enforcement
- Regulatory compliance, including fire, gas and water safety
