A reputable Legal 500 law firm in Wolverhampton is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor to join its outstanding team.
The Role:
Our client, well-known for its expertise in the Court of Protection, is expanding and now seeks a Court of Protection solicitor to manage a diverse caseload.
The role involves advising clients on a wide range of issues, to include Deputyship applications and property & financial affairs management, Trustee applications, liaising with IFA's regarding deputy client fund investments and managing benefit claims with the DWP & local authority.
About You:
Our client is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor with at least three years PQE, strong communication & time management skills and attention to detail in file management.
