A well-established and respected Lincolnshire law firm is seeking a confident and capable Team Leader to join its thriving Residential Conveyancing department in Sleaford. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced legal professional to step into a leadership role within a forward-thinking firm that values both client care and team development. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing a diverse caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion
- Guiding clients through transactions with clarity and confidence, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build or shared ownership cases
- Providing leadership and support to a busy conveyancing team across the department
- Playing an active role in business development—building and nurturing client and referrer relationships
- Contributing to operational efficiencies, process improvement and team training
