A well-established and respected Lincolnshire law firm is seeking a confident and capable Team Leader to join its thriving Residential Conveyancing department in Sleaford. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing a diverse caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion
  • Guiding clients through transactions with clarity and confidence, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build or shared ownership cases
  • Providing leadership and support to a busy conveyancing team across the department
  • Playing an active role in business development—building and nurturing client and referrer relationships
  • Contributing to operational efficiencies, process improvement and team training
