Your role will involve significant responsibility and the opportunity to pick up a busy caseload. This is a real opportunity for the right candidate to step into the position of heading up the day-to-day dealings for several of the firm’s clients. The role will also include some high-net-worth commercial real estate matters, including: HNW Clients Sales and Purchases of commercial property and land for commercial use Landlord and Tenant Developers Option Agreements Leases You will have access to secretarial support as much as is required and get involved with running your own caseload to build up a following of clients within this region.
