The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Our client is a well-established, leading Legal 500 law firm based in Bournemouth, Dorset that is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to support experienced fee-earners within a busy team.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with all aspects of file and case handling, including checking Leases
- Preparing and checking legal documents to include drafting a wide range of documents including Leases, Transfers and Report on Title
- General audio/copy typing and dealing with client enquiries
- Preparation of stamp duty forms
- Assisting other fee earners with their files
- Completing land registry applications and conducting searches
- Overseeing complex exchanges and completions
You will join a well-respected firm at a significant time in its development. You will benefit from working within a friendly team that prides itself on being meticulous and hard-working.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have 1+ year’s experience as a Paralegal or your application will not be considered. You must also have experience in either Residential Conveyancing or Commercial Property within a law firm to apply.
