The Role:
The firm is seeking a Property Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE who is either experienced in or keen to specialise in agricultural property. You’ll advise a diverse range of clients including farmers, landowners, estates, developers and rural businesses. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an expert team on complex and rewarding matters affecting the rural sector.
Your Work Will Include:
- Buying and selling agricultural land and estates
- Tenancy and succession issues
- Partnerships and rural business structures
- Telecoms leases and land agreements
- Easements and wayleaves
- Planning and development on agricultural land
- Grazing licences and stewardship scheme advice
- Single Payment Scheme entitlements
- Supporting clients with succession planning and restructuring
