Actions Against the Police Solicitor (Retrain)

A well-established firm in the heart of Liverpool city has a new opening for an experienced and ambitious Litigation Solicitor to join its dedicated department, dealing with a full and varied caseload of Actions Against the Police claims.

The specialist department has a strong reputation in the market for its Actions Against the Police offering. Due to an influx of new work, it is seeking to expand the existing team. The team deals with an array of claims against policing authorities, including wrongful arrest, false imprisonment, unlawful detention, human rights breaches and more. You will be given responsibility for your own caseload, which you\’ll be expected to manage from instruction through to completion.

You will be a qualified Solicitor (1-5 years PQE+ or NQs with a diverse background) with previous experience dealing with litigation claims until conclusion, as the bulk of your caseload will be litigated.
