Residential Conveyancer – Stratford-upon-Avon
Join our clients busy Property Department as a Residential Conveyancer. You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload with dedicated Paralegal support while delivering excellent client service.

The Role:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and other residential property transactions
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, HM Land Registry and other third parties
- Provide excellent client care both in person and over the telephone
- Ensure files are managed in line with the firm's procedures, CQS requirements and regulatory standards
- Maintain compliance with Anti-Money Laundering legislation and conveyancing protocols
- Monitor and achieve departmental budgets and performance targets
- Undertake continuing competency and mandatory CQS training
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, CQS Protocol and AML requirements
- Excellent communication, organisation and business development skills
- Team player with experience using case management systems (P4W and Lexcel experience desirable)
