Are you a Property Litigation Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) looking to take that step up in your career with one of the largest regional law firms? This Legal 200 law firm based in central Southampton is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its successful Disputes Resolution department, acting for a wide range of matters for high net worth individuals, local and regional businesses, and various national household brands on both residential and commercial property litigation matters.
You will be advising clients on a wide spectrum of property-related disputes including:
- covenants
- easements
- boundaries
- enforcement of agreements for lease/sale
- conducting and defending possession proceedings
- landlord and tenant (e.g. 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations, and break notices)
