Court of Protection Solicitor Taunton, Somerset | Hybrid Working | NQ to Associate | 1+ Year Experience The Role A well-established and fast-growing regional law firm in Taunton is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor to join its successful and expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or lawyer with up to 4–5 years' PQE who already has experience in Court of Protection and Property Affairs work. You will manage your own Court of Protection caseload and advise clients, families, deputies and other professionals on a range of Property and Financial Affairs matters.
