Childcare Solicitor/Legal Executive Taunton, Somerset (Hybrid Working) Our specialist family focused law firm in Taunton is expanding and seeks a talented Childcare Lawyer to join the growing team Work within an award winning family law–only practice with a strong reputation across Somerset, the South West and beyond Enjoy a competitive salary, generous benefits package and hybrid working options to include part time and/or compressed hours The role – what you’ll be doing will include Manage your own caseload of children/childcare matters You will have dedicated paralegal support join a highly experienced team of senior Solicitors, Newly Qualified Solicitors, Trainees and Paralegals Represent parents, family members and children in all aspects of public law proceedings across courts predominately in the South West Representing children in R16.4 proceedings Private law children work is also available What you’ll need To be a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in family/childcare law Those already on the Childrens Panel are encouraged to apply, as are more junior lawyers looking to achieve panel membership (with the firms full support)
