An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join a well-established and ambitious regional law firm as it continues to expand its presence in Solihull.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions
- Handling matters from instruction through to post-completion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and introducers.
- Supporting business development and networking activities to grow the firm's presence in the local market
- Working independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment
About You
- At least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing
- Excellent technical knowledge and exceptional client care skills
- The ability to manage files independently
- A proactive, commercially focused approach
- Experience of business development, networking and generating new work
- An existing network of contacts or client following would be advantageous but is not essential
