Senior Conveyancer – Solihull

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join a well-established and ambitious regional law firm as it continues to expand its presence in Solihull.

The Role

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions
  • Handling matters from instruction through to post-completion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and introducers.
  • Supporting business development and networking activities to grow the firm's presence in the local market
  • Working independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment

About You

  • At least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing
  • Excellent technical knowledge and exceptional client care skills
  • The ability to manage files independently
  • A proactive, commercially focused approach
  • Experience of business development, networking and generating new work
  • An existing network of contacts or client following would be advantageous but is not essential
