What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking responsibility for an existing Commercial Property caseload
- Handling commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Acting for both landlords and tenants on commercial leases
- Advising on option agreements and development-related matters
- Handling commercial property finance
- Working on agricultural property matters, including overage agreements
You Will Be
- A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE
- Experienced across a range of Commercial Property matters
- Confident managing their own caseload with a good level of autonomy
- Commercially minded with strong client-facing skills
- Keen to broaden their technical experience
- Ambitious and looking for genuine long-term career progression
