Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for a role with a well-regarded Sheffield firm, good quality work and genuine flexibility?
A Legal 500 recognised firm is looking to add an experienced Private Client Solicitor to its established team. You’ll join a friendly and supportive department with a strong reputation for providing high quality advice and building long standing client relationships.
The role
You’ll manage your own varied caseload, advising clients on:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trust creation and administration
- Inheritance Tax matters and related tax returns
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a broad client base, build strong relationships and take ownership of your matters. There is also the opportunity to support junior members of the team and become involved in the wider development of the department.
About you
We’re looking for a Solicitor with 5+ years’ experience in Private Client law, with strong experience across wills, trusts and estate planning.
You’ll be comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision and have strong technical knowledge alongside a good approach to client care.
STEP membership, or working towards it, would be an advantage but is not essential.
