Remote Conveyancer

Join a high-performing national conveyancing firm where strong results are genuinely rewarded. Last year every employee received a bonus and in the first quarter alone 40% of the team achieved the top-tier ‘Platinum Bonus’, equivalent to £15,000 per year if maintained. It’s a rare opportunity to join a firm that consistently recognises and rewards performance.

I’m working with a well-established national conveyancing practice to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer for a fully remote role.

You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership transactions.

In return, the firm offers a competitive base salary alongside a highly attractive bonus structure. Most Conveyancers earn over £10,000 annually in bonuses, with top performers achieving £15,000 or more. The position also offers 100% remote working, clear progression opportunities and a strong benefits package.

You will handle residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working autonomously while remaining part of a collaborative remote team. The firm encourages the development of your caseload and career progression in line with your performance and ambitions.

To be considered, you should have proven experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload, along with strong communication, organisation and time-management skills. Experience mentoring junior colleagues and familiarity with Visualfiles or

Practice Manager systems would be beneficial, though not essential.

The benefits package includes 25 days’ holiday (with the option to buy or sell days), company pension, healthcare cash plan, enhanced family leave, bonus potential of up to £15,000 per year, an Employee Assistance Programme, discounted legal services, a Cycle to Work scheme and additional perks.

If this opportunity sounds like the right next step in your career, please apply or contact Rachael Atherton at G2 Legal Recruitment for further information.
