Our client is a highly regarded Thames Valley law firm with a strong Legal 500 profile, seeking an experienced Private Wealth Solicitor to join its successful Reading team.
You will advise HNW individuals, families and business owners on complex private wealth, succession and estate planning matters, including:
- Complex Wills and estate administration
- Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate and succession planning
- IHT, CGT and income tax matters
- Business succession planning
- Family Investment Companies
- Wealth preservation strategies
You will also have the opportunity to develop strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
About You
- 5+ years' PQE in Private Client or Private Wealth
- Strong experience advising HNW clients
- Excellent technical knowledge of Wills, trusts, estates and tax planning
- Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing team
