A leading UK law firm is looking for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor (3–7 PQE) to join its highly regarded Reading team.
You’ll work on high-quality M&A and corporate transactions, advising an impressive client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and SMEs to larger corporates. The team handles transactions typically ranging from £2m to £30m+.
The Role
You’ll advise on:
- Mergers, acquisitions and disposals
- Corporate restructures and shareholder matters
- General corporate advisory work
- Strategic and high-value transactions
You’ll manage your own matters, work closely with experienced Partners and have the opportunity to develop client relationships and business development skills.
About You
- 3–7 years’ PQE in Corporate Law
- Strong M&A and general corporate experience
- Commercial and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Keen to develop technically and build client relationships
