Location: Preston, Lancashire (Hybrid)
A Legal 500 firm is looking for a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join its established defendant insurance litigation team in Preston.
This is a great opportunity to build your expertise across Employers’ Liability and Public Liability claims while working alongside experienced and supportive colleagues representing major insurer clients.
The Role
You’ll handle a varied caseload of defendant EL/PL claims, covering liability, personal injury and contractual disputes. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, develop your technical expertise and build strong client relationships.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
- Experience in EL/PL or defendant personal injury litigation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commercial, proactive and keen to progress your career
