As Head of Residential Property, you will be responsible for delivering the department's strategic objectives, driving performance and identifying opportunities for continued growth. A key part of the role will involve mentoring and developing junior colleagues, ensuring the next generation of conveyancing professionals has the guidance and support needed to progress their careers. Working closely with senior leadership and the business development team, you will also help strengthen the department's market presence and contribute to its ongoing commercial success.
This role will suit an accomplished residential conveyancing professional with significant experience within an SRA-regulated law firm. They will be a confident and respected leader, capable of bringing people together, inspiring high performance and building strong relationships across all levels of the business. Commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for developing others will be essential.
