Our client is a highly regarded Chambers-ranked law firm seeking a Corporate Solicitor/Corporate Associate (1–3 PQE) to join its growing Oxford team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor looking to develop their career within a top-tier practice, working alongside experienced Partners on a high-quality mix of M&A, corporate transactions, private equity, investments, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and corporate reorganisations.
The Role
You will:
- Advise on a broad range of corporate and M&A transactions
- Draft and negotiate corporate documentation
- Work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on complex transactions
- Build relationships with a high-quality UK and international client base
- Develop your technical, commercial and client-facing skills
About You
- 1–3 years’ PQE in Corporate / Corporate Commercial
- Experience of M&A and general corporate transactions
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Commercially minded and client-focused
- Keen to develop and progress within a leading Corporate team
