Title: Industrial Disease Solicitor

This award-winning employer is looking to recruit a Solicitor or Associate into its highly regarded Industrial Disease team in Manchester, offering quality work, long term progression and a genuinely supportive working environment.
The Role
You'll manage your own caseload of defendant industrial disease claims on behalf of leading insurers, handling a broad range of matters including Noise Induced Hearing Loss, Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS), asbestos-related disease, occupational asthma, dermatitis and work-related stress claims.
You'll provide strategic legal advice, represent clients at court and tribunal hearings, work closely with insurer clients and counsel and play an active role in building long-term client relationships within a respected national insurance practice.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with experience in defendant insurance litigation
- Background handling industrial disease claims
- Demonstrated track record of running your own caseload
- Strong technical ability with excellent communication and client care skills
- Ambitious and keen to develop your career within a specialist insurance team
