A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy residential property team.
The Role:
- Manage an independent caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
- Supervise and support staff
- Contribute to business development, networking and client relationship building
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Experience with freehold and leasehold matters, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity, first registrations and site acquisition
- Able to manage a caseload efficiently while delivering excellent client care
- Proactive with strong networking and business development skills
