Trade Mark Paralegal – London

You will provide Paralegal support across a varied portfolio of trade mark matters, working closely with experienced attorneys and supporting clients throughout the trade mark lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a Trade Mark Paralegal looking to broaden their experience within a specialist IP environment and take on increasing responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the management of UK and international trade mark portfolios
- Assisting with trade mark applications, registrations and renewals
- Preparing and filing trade mark documentation
- Monitoring deadlines and maintaining accurate records
- Conducting trade mark searches and research
- Assisting with oppositions, objections and other trade mark matters
- Corresponding with clients, trade mark offices and overseas associates
- Maintaining and updating IP databases and portfolio records
- Providing general administrative and Paralegal support to the trade mark team
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Trade Mark Paralegal or within a similar IP role
- Good understanding of UK and/or international trade mark procedures
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working with clients and external contacts
- Proactive and reliable approach to work
- Genuine interest in developing a career within intellectual property
