The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of a varied caseload of complex and high-value claimant personal injury matters, guiding clients through every stage of the litigation process while working alongside leading experts in the field.
The role offers significant autonomy, flexibility and the chance to play an influential role within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of complex, high-value claimant personal injury claims from inception through to settlement or trial
- Advise clients on liability, quantum, rehabilitation and litigation strategy
- Secure early rehabilitation packages and interim payments to support client recovery
- Liaise with leading counsel, medical experts, care professionals and case managers
- Build trusted relationships with clients and their families throughout the claims process
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the team through mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Support best practice and maintain the highest standards of client care
About You
We're interested in speaking with experienced claimant personal injury lawyers who are passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes.
You will have:
- Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Significant experience handling complex claimant personal injury matters
- Strong technical knowledge across both liability and quantum
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- The ability to manage sensitive and high-profile cases with confidence and empathy
- Previous supervision or mentoring experience, or an interest in supporting junior colleagues
- A proactive and commercially aware approach to case management
