As the ideal Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Partner, you will have experience managing a team and have good business development skills.
This firm is long established, multi-practice and eager to grow.
The Partners mention increases in profits over the past few years and would like to double the size of the department as per of their business plan.
Matters you will work on include:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold
- Lease extensions
- Transfers of equity
You must be:
- Qualified with several years of experience
- Able to manage your own caseload
- Ideally management experience but not essential
- Commercially minded
