This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Private Client Solicitor to work across a broad range of private client matters within a collaborative environment.
The Role
Private Client to manage a varied caseload including:
- Estate administration and probate matters
- Drafting Wills and advising on tax planning
- Trusts and related advisory work
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and elderly client matters
- Court of Protection applications and ongoing management
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client work
- Able to manage a caseload independently
- Strong client care and communication skills
- A proactive and professional approach
