An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded property team.
This role would suit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with at least two years’ experience within residential conveyancing. You will be confident supporting fee earners, managing key aspects of the conveyancing process and providing an efficient, professional service to clients and third parties.
In particular, the successful Conveyancing Paralegal will be comfortable handling sales enquiries and assisting with the progression of residential property transactions. Experience of new build conveyancing would be highly advantageous, although full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
To be considered for this Conveyancing Paralegal opportunity, you will ideally have:
- A minimum of three years’ experience as a Conveyancing Assistant, Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar residential property role
- Previous experience within residential conveyancing
- Confidence handling sales enquiries and communicating with clients and third parties
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively within a busy, collaborative team
- Previous new build conveyancing experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as training will be provided
