Looking to develop your career within a busy commercial property team in the Highlands? This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established Inverness practice advising businesses, landlords, tenants and entrepreneurs on a broad range of commercial property and business transactions.
You'll work closely with clients across a variety of sectors, helping them navigate acquisitions, disposals and leasing matters while building long-term relationships within the local business community.

The role
- Handle commercial property sales and acquisitions
- Advise landlords and tenants on commercial leases
- Assist with the purchase and sale of businesses and business assets
- Draft and negotiate property and transactional documentation
- Liaise with accountants, lenders and other professional advisers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
About you
- 2+ years’ PQE in commercial property
- Experience managing transactional property matters
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Organised and able to manage a varied workload
- Client-focused and commercially aware
