An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a respected litigation team with a strong presence across the north of Scotland.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial and civil disputes, with a particular focus on property and contentious private client disputes, while also providing opportunities to work on wider commercial litigation.

The role
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial and civil disputes
- Advise clients on property and contentious private client disputes
- Assist with contract, company and professional negligence disputes
- Work closely with experienced litigation partners
- Build and maintain client relationships
About you
- 2+ years’ PQE in litigation
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Organised and able to manage competing deadlines
- Client-focused and commercially aware
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
