- Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation.

- Working closely with colleagues within the wider property team.

- Residential Property Lawyer
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing.
- Experience managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Experience of plot sales, new build or developer conveyancing would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and client care skills.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a wider team.
Qualified status is not essential. The firm is primarily looking for someone with the right residential conveyancing experience and the ability to manage their own workload.
Flexible Working
The role will initially be office based in Hull to allow you to settle into the firm, understand the processes and get to know the team.
Once established in the role, hybrid working may be available depending on experience and performance.
There is also flexibility around working hours, with part time applications potentially being considered.
If you are an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Fee Earner in Hull or East Yorkshire and are looking for a role offering quality work and potential hybrid or part time flexibility, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
