Conveyancing Fee Earner – Halifax

The Role

As an integral part of the Residential Property team, you will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion. The caseload will include a broad range of residential property matters, such as:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • Shared ownership transactions
  • Help to Buy matters

Experience handling new build transactions would be advantageous, although it is not essential.

You will join a supportive and experienced team, with access to ongoing in-house training and structured career development.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
  • At least 1 year’s conveyancing experience (PQE or equivalent)
  • Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong understanding of residential conveyancing procedures and legislation
  • New build experience desirable but not required
