The role
- Lead and develop the property team
- Mentor junior solicitors and support staff
- Build and maintain client and referrer relationships
- Support business development and team growth
- Contribute to departmental strategy and planning
About you
- 7+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
- Excellent knowledge of Scottish residential property law
- Confident managing transactions independently
- Experience supervising or mentoring colleagues
- Commercially aware and client-focused
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ambitious
