The Role
You will advise clients, families and professionals on a broad range of Court of Protection matters, including:
- Property and financial affairs
- Health and welfare matters
- Deputyship and trustee work
- Supporting vulnerable adults, children and elderly clients
- Advising under the Mental Capacity Act
- Client visits at home or in care settings where required
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE
- Experience in Court of Protection law
- Strong private client experience with exposure to Court of Protection matters will also be considered
- Excellent client care and communication skills
