A leading South West law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor or Legal Executive at Managing Associate or Legal Director level.

The Role
You'll advise on:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Corporate acquisitions and disposals
- Group restructures and reorganisations
- Private Equity transactions
- Cross-border corporate matters
- Strategic corporate advice
Alongside first-class legal work, you'll build lasting client relationships and help grow an ambitious Corporate team.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales)
- Around 8+ years' PQE in Corporate Law
- Strong experience in M&A and corporate transactions
- Private Equity or cross-border experience is advantageous
- Commercial, client-focused and ambitious
